Our Process
01
Business Needs Consultation &
Proposal
Upon your expression of interest in a Pourter mobile food and beverage unit, we engage in a detailed discussion to understand your unique business needs and requirements. Subsequently, we provide a comprehensive proposal that includes a price quote and an internal layout configuration. Our proposal is tailored to offer the optimal solution for your mobile business, encompassing all the necessary specifications to ensure a successful inspection of the new business.
02
Financing Coordination &
Design Development
If financing is required, we facilitate a connection with our financial partners. We require a 75% deposit of the total price before the commencement of production. Then, the remaining 25% upon the delivery of the product. In parallel, we initiate discussions regarding the exterior design to incorporate your branding effectively. Using the information you provide, we create a mock-up and, through collaborative sessions, we finalize the design to your satisfaction.
03
Production Commencement &
Timeline Estimation
Once we receive the 75% payment and finalize all deliverables and contracts from you, our engineering and manufacturing teams will start working on your food and beverage unit. We estimate the delivery time frame at 12 to 16 weeks, which may vary based on the status of external supply chain channels. Please note that we will evaluate any requests for changes to the agreed-upon deliverables, and Pourter will quote these new changes separately.
04
Delivery Coordination &
Virtual Training
Finally, we coordinate a smooth, hassle-free delivery process for your food and beverage unit. You can choose direct delivery to your location or pick up the unit yourself, ensuring a seamless transition. To help you operate efficiently from the start, we offer a comprehensive virtual training program or in-person trailing on operations. This program equips you to utilize your new system to its maximum potential, empowering you to capitalize on your investment from day one.
