Long Road Distillery, a craft distillery with a tasting room located in downtown Grand Haven Michigan,  sought to take advantage of the new social zone in front of their tasting room.  Long Road wanted to find a way to serve drinks to customers quickly and efficiently, without sacrificing quality and reducing their staffing. THE CHALLENGE

Pourter collaborated with Long Road Distillers to create a 6-tap draft cocktail mobile unit using cold plate technology instead of refrigeration. This design streamlined the process of serving draft cocktails while ensuring a high-quality experience. Powered by electricity, the unit also featured a frozen drink machine, built-in ice bin, and reach-in coolers.

RESULTS

Long Road Distillers saw huge success with the Pourter mobile unit. Sales surged as customers eagerly tried their delicious cocktails.
